Starbucks is undoubtedly one of (if not) the most popular coffee shops in the world. Is it because they have the best cup of Joe? Maybe… I mean their coffee is really good, but it’s popularity is more likely thanks to their branding technique. Starbucks isn’t just about coffee. It’s everything else! From the cohesive look, smell and feel of each store when you walk in, to the fun names of their drinks, to their social media presence and free wifi. It’s the experience.When it comes to branding- Starbucks is serving up a strong cup of mega success! There are over 30,000 Starbucks stores worldwide, that brought in almost $25 billion in revenue last year For me, and most people, coffee is an every day essential so they picked a great product. But there’s a million coffee shops out there, so the competition is huge! You can create a better cup of coffee. Have you ever been served by a rude Starbucks employee? Not likely. Or felt out of place when you walked in? Not me! Being at a Starbucks alone has never made me feel awkward! I’ve been to many Starbucks- their color scheme, tables and chairs… their store layout, menu, even their staff presence, it all feels familiar and comfy. Starbucks revolutionized the way we do coffee. They created new terms like Venti and aren’t afraid to get a little complicated… extra ho,t non-fat, caramel latte, with 2 pumps cinnamon dolce, add salt and foam topping, anyone? They also made coffee and drinks fun and beautiful by introducing colorful ombre drinks and one of my faves- the pink drink! Most Starbucks stores have the exact same menu, the same color scheme, store layout and friendly employee types. Their product quality is also consistent, making it easier for people to choose them if their in an unfamiliar place and want a good cup of coffee. Starbucks staff members always seem friendly and welcoming. They take your name, usually spell it wrong, and try and engage in a little conversation. it was a really very pleasant experience to walk in & have a great ambiance + hands off to the staff over taking their roles & responsibilities seriously with extra care towards customer support with hospitality.

Customization done as asked. They understand your taste and if it is not upto the mark they change accordingly immediately. Dark roast is awesome. Loved this place

My Starbucks visit was disappointing. Staff lacked knowledge, serving identical-tasting flat whites and cappuccinos without latte art. The quality was poor. I hope the staff will get better training in coffee preparation soon.

Hello Friend, Hope this feedback/Review finds you well Visited Starbucks Uniza Bodakdev in Ahmedabad; my go-to place frequently (also prefer Sankalp Taj Skyline Starbucks and the one in Prahalad Nagar) Visited on 09/09 at 8:18pm and ordered the newbie Tall Salted Dark Caramel Frappe Most Barista and some staffs knows me very well at all 3 above mentioned Starbucks but here this time, I find them very unusual Name suggest Dark but they made very sweet. Used Caramel like it’s FREE. Too much sweet than what I expected. That’s very unusual too. May be they looked tired or something. Looks like Starbucks are not treating or training their TEAM very ethically well Now, to be honest, the staff who took order disappointed me. It was very unusual today at this Starbuck. I just asked to make it bit more dark/strong and they would end up asking for EXTRA MONEY. Never thought they would treat a GOLD; very frequent-goer customer like this way. That’s not all of it. They were not even able to apply size upgrade reward too. First they lured me to go for Handcrafted beverages and then they said they DON’t KNOW how to apply Size-upgrade reward. They said they will keep my invoice to discuss with higher team for this thing. Very strange. Very. Indeed. I would not go there ever now. I’m a Gold Starbucks customers for soo long. They treated me like a street coffee drinker; not from behaviour perspective. They were fine; but from customer service POV. Now, imagine if Starbucks does this way, what can you imagine from others.

woest offee wver , there us no taste, only mixed of ice and milk there is no coffee worst quality , have to improve , might be worst quality make you out from market do achange at early stage otherrise will be out of box very soon in market can you improve your product quality ?

They mess up online orders quite frequently. They either miss packing something or send the wrong item. They've messed up 2 out of my 4 online orders so far and I'm never placing an online order again.
