Today, i visited this outlet with my friend and the thing that amazed me the most was the coffee and the service. The coffee was prepared by a barista named "Mansi" she is very talented and guys this review is genuine , whenever you visit this outlet please make sure you ask Mansi to make your drink and I promise you guys...you guys won't be disappointed.

Absolutely love the vibe at Starbucks Sindhubhavan! The staff is super polite, the service is quick, and the coffee is always perfect. The ambience is cozy, modern, and peaceful — a great spot to work, read, or catch up with friends.

The only starbucks outlet which is consistent with good taste of coffee and hot chocolate. Interiors are great and the outlet is at a very prime location. Staff is sweet and service is great here.

Newly opened Starbucks outlet on SBR. Located just on the ground floor of Taj Skyline, the outlet though not big, is surely a trendy one. The interiors are refreshing and coffees are as tasty as you would expect. The staff is courteous and the baristas surely know how to make good coffees. We tried the all time favorite Java Chip Frappuccino and it was just perfect.

Service was slow and masala crispers were served cold because the girl was busy at counter and crispers were ready but they have to add sauce and spices on it. They should not wait until new customers finalise their order. Instead serve the people already placed the order before.

I recently visited your store and had a disappointing experience at your Sindhu Bhavan Road, Thaltej, Ahmedabad store. I clearly ordered a simple cold coffee, but the staff repeatedly tried to upsell a different option even after I stated my preference twice. This felt unnecessary and pushy. Later, when we went to pay using the District app (which offers a 25% discount), we were told to wait due to a “technical issue.” Then we were informed that the discount wouldn’t apply unless both food and beverage were purchased—something not mentioned anywhere in the app’s terms. After insisting and waiting further, we were finally allowed to proceed with the payment, and it went through without any issue. This process felt like an intentional attempt to discourage us from using a valid discount, and left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and appropriate steps are taken to improve staff training and customer experience.
