Ordersd a wrap, wherein was prepared in a very messy way and handed over, it wasn't ever wrapped properly let alone perfectly, was just folded extremely loosely once from both the sides. All the filling was already out while handling of the order. The worst part of me taking my time out to write a review here was that when i politely asked how am i suppose to eat it, the response from the staff was that "it is suppose to be folded that way because we wont grill it" that made no sense to me. I literally had to struggle a lot and still couldn't eat it (knowing the subway eating is quite messy work per se) yet, the staff is untrained and with utmost zero customer oriented. I overheard another customer complaining that he ordered for raisin oat cookie byt the staff punched choco chip cookie, least intrested to listen to the customer. I threw my filling only ate the tortilla beacuse everything else fell. Worst branch at chandkheda. Please do not visit these looters.

I have been visiting this outlet since it first opened, and I used to enjoy the experience due to the friendly staff and good quality food. However, during my most recent visit after 2-3 years, I noticed some changes that I hope can be addressed. The staff seemed less friendly, and the quality of the vegetables didn’t seem as fresh as before. Additionally, the bread appeared to be a few days old. When I raised my concerns, I was informed that some of the staff were interns and still learning. While I understand that everyone has to start somewhere, I believe that Subway is known for its fresh ingredients and customer service, and it would be great to see these standards upheld at this location. I hope my feedback can help improve the overall experience for future customers.

Staff doesn’t listen to customers at all nd behave very rudely. No one knows the perfect quantity to be served. No one is trained. Very bad experience. Just the worst subway outlet ever visited. Worst in every sense either it be food, taste presentation or behaviour nd rudeness shown by the staff.

shamless owner is serving stale food. he and his entire family should be given this same food then only he will realize...disgusting. I'm sending the Food authority to you'll get ready. Filthy place with even filthy staff who think they know it all. all are minors shamless

Worst service. The staff were available but did not prepare order even after waiting and asking them. Tables were not clean and were cleaned after requesting them after the order arrived. Many good food outlets nearby, avoid this subway.

Found a big insect in the chicken salad that we ordered for dine in. The manager then justified his act saying the insect might have fallen after we started eating the salad. No accountability, no hygiene standards. Worst experience.

The service of this outlet is the worst. they do not adhere by the official subway rules or procedures. Highly unhygienic and rude people working here.

in combo order, cookies not sent and chicken slice quantity too very less. other users too reported this practice
