Absolutely loved the food , the bedmi roti plate with batata shaak and shrikhand was lovely… the panki was lip smacking

On one of the evening, visited this outlet of Swati Snacks; as wanted to experience this one Instead of the usual Law Garden one. We visited during weekdays, so didn’t face any waiting. This outlet is definitely bigger than the older one, and huge dining area. We ordered almost 7-8 dishes amongst four of us, but the most of the dishes didn’t appeal much to us. Pav Bhaji is a staple for me at Swati, but here Pav Bhaji was just okay. The most disappointing item was Pani Puri, there were not enough stuffings provided for the Pooris. Only, Dabeli & Chola Methi Dhokla-Kadhi was good. The service was also somehow not upto the mark. Overall my experience with this outlet was underwhelming.

overrated. Highly priced. Just have a chat in the same lane after the cross road. Much better at a much lower price. Lesser varieties of Gujarati dishes.

Very bad customer service. We have been going there since years but this time we wanted to take my father in law who is a cancer patient. He showed willingness to go to Swati for Panki as it used to be his favorite. He couldn’t eat outside food so we requested swati if they allow us to get his food from home and rest of us can have food from swati. He can taste his favorite Panki. But, they said no. We could have easily ordered food home but we wanted to take him out. Earlier, when he was little better we have been to Under the neem tree, Mango etc and they allowed him his food. This is reallly very inhumane and shameful

we ordered panki, bedmi puri bhaji and Jain falafel. while the rest of the items were good, the jain falafel was a complete let down. each half of the pita had just one falafel bowl, lot's of raw cabbage without any seasoning and a weird mix of mayo and hummus. I think the management at swati seriously needs to rethink this item. if you cannot do justice to a cuisine in Jain, please don't offer the Jain option. Since I have had delicious Jain falafel at the Falafel Company, now closed, I expected similar standards from Swati.

I really don't understand, why this place is always crowded and hyped, very heavy prices they are charging for each dish. butter milk and sugarcane is more than Rs. 150 or more, really crazy... Nothing extra special and always noises..

Ragada Pattice Submerged in oil, pathetic. Not Swati quality. I called the manager and appears that he was just.not bothered.. Swati service and quality needs to improve. I order almost everyday. Feedback needs to be taken.

Terrible food and service. So expensive and the quantity is near to none. Absolute waste of money. Please dont visit if you wanna waste the money.

Highly over rated. Staff was not ready to take the order at 6.02 stating tea is closed at 6pm.
