As always it was an impromptu plan to visit Swati Snacks on Sunday evening while roaming around the city. We reached there at 7:45 pm and within two minutes we got our seats. We ordered quite a few items from their tight menu. The dishes we ordered were Panki Chatni, Chola Methi Dhokla-Kadhi, Methi Bakri Roti, Paneer Lifafa, Pav Bhaji, and for the desserts we opted for their Day special Malai Malpua and Coffee Orange Ice Cream. Food came in no time after placing the order. Every dish was prepared fresh and served hot. You can definitely feel the quality of ingredients when you start eating. There were not many masalas used to prepare any food item which made Swati special. They keep their dishes mild and near to authenticate so every age group people can enjoy their food. My favorite dishes amongst all were Pav Bhaji, Paneer Lifafa, Methi Bajri Roti and both the desserts. I am not into Pab Bhaji, but here I enjoyed the Pav Bhaji and I guess this can be one of the best of Ahmedabad for sure. The service was fast, but the table could have been bigger. If you order multiple items, then the table gets congested. It will be a bit pricey for sure.

Swati Snacks is one of the oldest and the most hygenic family restaurants to savour authentic Gujarati cuisine. I have been to their outlets at Law Garden as well as the one in South Bopal. Both these outlets are always crowded which shows the popularity of their food with the people of Ahmedabad. Moreover, the food at Swati has remained the same over the years which has helped the brand with repeat customers over the generations. Must try items at Swati Snacks- Panki Chutney - Panki which is made with besan in a banana leaf served with chutney is a house favourite. Sugarcane juice - One of the best in Ahmedabad. Lemon Grass Ice cream - Lemon Grass ice cream is a rarity and I have been going to savour this ice cream since the last 5 years. Truly exceptional taste. Dal Baati - Dal Baati, a spicy rajasthani dish which is native to our neighbouring state has been warming the hearts of Gujarati people due to its lip-smacking taste and richness. Must visit Swati Snacks for a wonderful time with your family and friends.

Swati Snacks stands out as a culinary gem, offering delectable array of dishes that are a must try for food enthusiasts. I am unable to stop myself from going there! Personal favourites: Pao bhaji, Undhio, Uttapam, Panki chaat, vada pav and dabeli! Each dish at Swati snacks is a dedication to authentic quality food! We were fortunate to try a winter delicacy, mallua rabri and it was just out of this world!

Dear Area Manager / Mr Ram (who was on his weekly off), I am a regular patron of Swati and have always appreciated the exceptional food and service. However, during my recent visit with family and parents, I experienced a disappointing incident that I believe needs your attention. We arrived at the restaurant around noon when it was mostly empty. Since we were a group of five, I occupied a table for six. The manager, Mr. Vasu, questioned the size of our group and how long the others would take to arrive. While I informed him that they were just a few minutes away, I was taken aback by his tone and insistence, especially as the restaurant’s 85-90% seating was vacant. What further disheartened me was observing a group of four (including a foreign guest) being seated at a table for six without any similar questioning, despite table of four being available. This inconsistent and discriminatory behavior overshadowed the otherwise excellent food and service provided by your staff. I hope you will address this concern to ensure no other customer feels this way in the future.

The outlet has been famous for it's food but it's degrading day by day! gave a few more chances to try out that if it's still good but nothing improves. The ragda patties was only boiled potatoes which keeps falling off with poor texture. bhel was so dried off.. The roadside food vendors are far better off than what Swati provides

The way he is charging and looting people in the name of quality. It seems they’re cooking in olive oil. Ahmedabad is the only place across the INDIA, where restaurant owners are charging nonsense prices for food.
