Visited the Alpha One Taco Bell and ordered Fiery Volcano Burrito and Pepsi, so my food review is based on this order Likes - Food - Ambience - Staff Dislikes - Beverage - food presentation food: 4/5. Burrito is tasty and was quite filling. Their firy sauce is amazing, it's quite spicy; love it. we also ordered Pepsi which said 5 refils. Pepsi was BAD. It seemed it was half water even though we ordered Pepsi without Ice. Presentation: It is a self serve restaurant, the food was put in an Aluminium tray, as if it is being served to prison inmates. Aluminium, as such is harmful. Really distasteful of them to serve in it. Staff: It seemed they have changed staff in past few months and the staff is so much better than before. Ambience: it was like any other Mall food outlet, nothing special but expected, which is not bad.

During our recent visit to the restaurant, we encountered a couple of issues. The refill service provided a mix of Coke and Sprite, which was quite unpleasant in taste. Additionally, the order of extra fries was disappointingly small, not meeting our expectations. These experiences affected our overall dining satisfaction.

I used my coupon of district to do the payment and the person at conter said that we can't use district or zomato for the payment. Then what was the point of taking district pass to get 250 rupees off vouchers? plus I cant use voucher again

the service was super slow and the cashier kept dissapearing to do other things, they shouldn't keep deals when they're short staffed. extremely unhappy.
