Teapost falls short in terms of ambiance and food quality. The atmosphere lacks the desired charm and coziness expected from a tea establishment. Additionally, there have been instances of food theft reported, which is concerning and affects the overall experience. While the tea selection is commendable, these drawbacks detract from the enjoyment of the visit. Improved attention to creating a pleasant ambiance and addressing the food theft issue would greatly enhance the overall appeal of Teapost.

I ordered a cold coffee without ice—how does that justify cutting the quantity in half? You literally served me a half-filled glass like I’m supposed to accept that nonsense. And the staff member who connected me to the manager? Extremely rude. No professionalism, no respect. I’ve been to many Tea Post branches before and never faced such pathetic service. This one is on another level of ridiculous. The manager had the shamelessness to teach me, saying even hotels serve like this. Seriously? I am a hotelier. I’ve worked in multiple five-star hotels, and we never treated customers this poorly or tried to justify such cheap behavior. Keep your useless knowledge to yourself, I don’t need it. Learn how to treat customers first in a proper as well as in the professional way This branch is a complete joke and an absolute embarrassment.

The manager here is very rude. He’s all about money and doesn’t care about his customers. This place is popular so he has developed some kind of ego. Today I went there with my family and wanted a just a tea, he rudely said that the system is updating and we can’t do anything.
