I deducted one star because of service. It was not upto mark but the food and beverages were delicious and ambience was amazing.

Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The food arrived cold, and the service was noticeably inattentive. There was no one available to assist us, and we had to call multiple times just to get a server’s attention. For a restaurant of this standard, I expected much better coordination and hospitality. The food quality may have been fine, but the overall service significantly affected the dining experience.

We have ordered Pink sauce pasta and it was tasteless and gravy for pasta was not of good quality as we expected. we also ordered north indian food in which we ordered Cheese butter masala and butter roti in this the sabji's taste was worst I have ever ate even the service was too slow even after saying multiple times things were not given to us. not recommending at all

No proper food taste and acknowledge about what is does mean of any food items as per name. And zero service sense of staff i mean in 40 degree they serve 130/- water bottle hot not cold

Ambience not good. Stale pastries, flies all around, poor air conditioning. Staff are trying well but the cafe management seems to be skimping on basic niceties of a cafe.
