the guy at the counter was constantly watching videos on full volume even when costumers were around..... when we will be able to eat in peace.

Always this branch serves worst waffles. if you ask soft they serve half cooked and if you ask crispy, they provide burnt. and waffles are just like papad.

At first he gave me a burnt waffle and after a little argument he said "ek kaccha bana toh" to the man making the waffle So I won't recommend to go there

2 days in a row I had Nutella cheesecake waffle in 2 different outlets. staff in this outlet doesn't know how to make it. he gave burnt waffle

Does not even have few flavours available and Biscoff waffle is still not available which is already available in other outlets

They stop taking orders when they get a lot, especially on sale days. The staff also turns down online orders.
