The Belgium datk chocolate waffels!! Ahhaa, what to say!? It was sooo yumiiii i finished it in just 5mins!!!the filling of chocolate fudge was adding great taste, also the chocolate icecream added amazing taste!!! Just loved it!!! ❤️❤️

Mr Mayur and Pratap at the IIM branch are pros. Not only did they make great crispy waffles, they made them past their working hours because I said please. I recommend the KitKat waffle.

Happened here accidentally and have been a regular guest ever since, both here and in Mumbai! Literally the most delicious waffles I have ever tasted. Super yummy!

First of all there were too many mosquitoes at that place. Very bad. And main thing is that the staff is extremely slow, lethargic and rude. I visited it and was waiting for my simple waffle order of maple butter waffle since 45 mins and the staff person “Pradeep or Pratik” (at the Vastrapur outlet) was chatting away on his phone and working so slowly. When I went and asked him how much time he’ll take, he didn’t respond, then I called out to him again and asked, he replied to me that you can cancel your order if u want. I said this isn’t the way you behave. And then finally he made me cancel my order. It was so humiliating and unprofessional. Never visiting this place again. Requesting higher authority in Belgian waffle to take action against this person. It is looking very bad on the part of Belgian waffle to hire such employees.

I wish rating could be possible in negative , I could have given them rating in the negative side ... They serve stale waffles ... When shared the concern , Zomato executives escape from the burden of liability saying that it is the discretion of the restaurant to provide you fresh or stale food ...the waffles were burnt and tasted so bad ... I recommend not to visit IIM store of Belgian waffles precisely and not to order through Zomato as well because the Zomato representatives are not competent and completely mannerless... I have already escalated this issue by way of an email to the chairman of Zomato .... Totally waste of money ...we have destroyed the completely ordered food, i.e , waffles after having a bite only ... BOTH ZOMATO AND BELGIAN WAFFLES DONT HAVE VALUE OF MONEY SO FRIENDS BEWARE. this is in public interest ....

The worst service a customer can ever get , you order your food well in time , the money is deducted, they accept your order and prepare it. But then when the delivery agent arrives , they physical shut the restaurant and leave ? They shouldn’t have accepted the order in the first place if they couldn’t fulfill. Suggest never Order from this restaurant, cause they will charge you money , accept your order , and shut the store and leave. This is heights. It’s okay if you don’t accept my order but this is not done

Had a very bad experience!! Just because I like waffle too much.. Visited here.. And ordered nutella waffle!! And it was not crispy at all!! It was so soggy!! And then ordered pancakes!! Small pancakes with very less chocolate sauce!!

I mean how can i receive something this bad???? The taste of the waffle was so bad as if it was 4 5 days old and I ordered chocolate overloaded waffle and they didn’t even spread a chocolate properly on the waffle😤

The cashier and staff was really rude, consistently asked us to add sides and toppings. When denied, poured less filling in the waffle!

Very rude staff. Extremely unprofessional behaviour. Not helpful at all. Feels like someone is making them work against their will.
