Been frequenting Blue Oven for pizzas ever since I tried their margarita few weeks back. Came across a review that spoke highly of the butter chicken pizza. Had to try it out. Visited last night and man WHAT A PIZZA IT WAS! First of all I like Blue Oven because they use REAL cheese and not sauces like the other chains + their pizza ain’t like a bhakri like other cafes This Butter Chicken Pizza was so fresh so lip smacking that I am literally drooling. The first bite had me like the reporter in Ratatouille! I guess that’s enough to say how great the pizza was.

Amazing pizzas and cheesecakes! If you enjoy authentic Italian wood-fired pizza, this is the place. They make pizza bases from scratch right in front of you. We sat there for an hour and a half, eating comfortably and unconcernedly. We loved the ambience as well. The crowd there is young and sophisticated. Too good of a place.

Nice cosy ambience. Decent place for some casual pictures. Loved their Raspberry Cheesecake. We also had Spaghetti Aglio Olio and Loaded Sriracha Fries. Overall the food was great. The service was quick and people were pleasant and helpful.

The quantity in gram under each menu item is not mentioned. piza size.iscnot mentioned . smell of non veg cooking item is felt .

Horrible experience! I redeemed my reelo points with a portion of garlic bread today, for the first time. When I was handed over the bill, I wasn’t informed that they have a preferred mode of payment, so as always I paid from Zomato. There were no offers applied btw, as there were none. After payment, when we left the restaurant, we were followed outside to check how the payment was made. When I said it was paid through Zomato, the manager told me that they won’t accept the payment as I was already given ‘free garlic bread’ and Zomato charges the restaurant some 18-28%. The Garlic bread was earned through reelo points that I had collected. The staff continued to argue that I got 2 benefits while there were none as I just redeemed my points and paid in full for the rest of the items I had ordered. If they have problems with the charges they have to pay to Zomato, they have to deal directly with them and not the diner. Never visiting this place again!

Posting for blue oven naranpura since it was not available writing it here! The perfect example of giving up on your customer expectations, food and services after developing as a brand! Serving pasta without garlic bread, dried pizza base and serving cold coffee as Vietnamese coffee is the new trend of this place! And the explanation that you get in return is India main Vietnamese coffee aisi hoti hai ....bread is not dried up it's the taste we are asking customers to develop and last but not the least serving sweet pasta in the name of very popular pink pasta. The only thing that has been consistent is the Nutella cheesecake even though it always tasted like a mousse cake since the beginning!

The food is absolutely horrible , extreme level horrible , the pasta we ordered literally just tasted like tomato paste from can with boiled pasta and pizza crust was raw and the BBQ pizza was sweet as hell , when complained their reply to everything was “ ha aisa hi ata hai “ and “ woh toh rahega” we ordered 3 things and the bill was 1500 not worth it at all eat from some other restaurants

We dined at Blue Oven last night, and it was one of the worst meals we've ever had. The Pesto Pasta was particularly TERRIBLE, I'm certain that poison would have tasted better. I used to love this place, but ever since they relocated to Bodakdev from Vastrapur, their food quality has gone downhill. Such a letdown.
