BY MISTAKE.THE.PAYMENT WAS.DONE THROUGH CASH INSTEAD.OF ZOMATO PAYMENT AS I BOOK THROUGH ZOMATO BUT THE MANAGER DIDN'T ALLOW TO DO PAYMENT INSTEAD HE JUST DID THAT TO PURCHASE FROM THEIR AGAIN TO USED ZOMATO SLOT BOOKING MY AMOUNT WAS ALREADY PAID TO ZOMATO SO I HAD NO OPTION OTHER THAN TO REORDER SAME THING EVEN I WAS NOT INTERESTED IN EATING BUT MANAGER DIDN'T SUPPORT IF WE WANTED HE HAD RETURNS THE CASH AND APPROVED THE PAYMENT THROUGH ZOMATO PAYMENT VERY DISAPPOINTING FROM ZOMATO AND CHOCOLATE ROOM

ordered a shake and blueberry cheesecake ( below average taste)...while billing they said I've pay separately for Shake and cheesecake...coz cheesecake isn't on Zomato menu and hence not applicable under discount...like bruh what kinda stupidity is this.lol...only reason one should visit this place is 50% discount..or else just go somewhere else

For the cutlery i actually have to ask the staff to get it replaced as either the spoon was dirty or the plate had an broken edge. Very overhyped for food as there was no quality of food and service. Even water was not asked for the entire time i was there. A mac and cheese was also served cold. Never go to this place. Ever. Worst Experience

we ordered Manchurian panner noodles and exotic garlic bread in which not a single dish was at least good to eat. Noodles were overcooked and no taste at all,Manchurian was not well cooked and garlic bread had soury taste with no other taste in it.I recommend others not to visit there
