The food, ambience and the service were all excellent. Highly recommend visiting this restaurant. They customized our food order as per our dietery requirements and preferences. Md. Siddik is a wonderful host and very courteous. Highly recommend trying out their Dahi ke kebab and sweet corn soup.

The veg starters were good , liked the salads . In the non veg liked the chicken tandoori . They used chicken wings only in all the chicken dishes . In dessert loved the umali , warm bread pudding . The fish preparation was not hood , fish was smelling bad . They gave me a chili chicken starter as a replacement , not cooked well , the spices were raw . Chicken patiala was average . Tried cauliflower chili , it was good . Overall average food

We chose this place to celebrate Valentine’s Day, expecting a memorable evening at a four-star hotel. It was meant to be a beautiful moment for me and my boyfriend. Sadly, instead of creating memories, this place completely ruined the experience. We booked and paid for a non-veg buffet, coming with high expectations and an empty stomach. What we got was extremely disappointing and misleading. The chicken soup was watery and tasteless. The starters were just okay, nothing exceptional. When it came to the main course, the situation was shocking. Despite online menus mentioning dishes like biryani, there was no biryani at all. We were told there were only two non-veg main course options — a chicken curry (with very few chicken pieces and too many eggs) and a fish curry with mostly gravy and hardly any fish. What was even more unacceptable was that when we asked about more non-veg options, the staff handed us a separate menu and told us we would have to pay extra if we wanted anything beyond those two items. This completely defeats the purpose of booking a buffet. If customers are expected to pay more for basic non-veg variety, then this should be clearly mentioned beforehand. There was also no ice cream, which is surprising for a hotel of this standard. The service was very poor. We had to call multiple times just to get spoons and to have our table cleared. The staff were inattentive and unresponsive, even though the restaurant was not crowded. We felt ignored throughout the evening. What hurts the most is that this was Valentine’s Day. We came to celebrate, only to leave disappointed, frustrated, and still hungry. We paid around ₹3000 and walked out with empty stomachs. With Shivaratri the very next day and fasting ahead, this was supposed to be our proper meal and it turned into a complete letdown. For a hotel operating under the Sheraton name, this level of misleading buffet information, poor food quality, lack of variety, and bad service is unacceptable. A special day was ruined, and the experience did not justify the price at all. Very disappointing. Would not recommend.

Buffet is a joke here. Absolutely no options. 1 paneer 1 veg subji. 1 pasta. Rest all basics roti rice & dal. No dessert counter. No live counter. No option in subji, rice, starters, etc. That's it. And no cleanliness in the place. We reached at 2 o'clock in noon. The people who previously had buffet might have spilled some food in buffet area which was kept as it is. I was shocked and was in disbelief that is this really sheraton hotel? The food trays were soiled with food which was dropped by others. It felt like a langar was completed there and things were left as it is. Looked really pathetic. I had booked through zomato so booking amount I paid went in vain. I was ok to leave that amount rather than eating there.

We had a 10 PM reservation, the Buffet food was cold and kept since it was cooked from 8 PM specifically tandoori chicken, and when asked for hot tandoori, the same cold tandoori was served. Didn't expect this from this Eatery! Do not fall for their self proclaimed awards, seems purchased ones because food was not good at all.
