The Food Theory restaurant is located at the 1st floor of Shakti ETC complex, Vande Mataram road, Chandlodiya, Ahmedabad. We tried : Cheese Anguri 259₹ Kaju Rajwadi 289₹ Veg Kolhapuri 229₹ Tawa Roti butter 30₹ Tandoori roti butter 45₹ Lachha Paratha 60₹ Buttermilk 40₹ Sprite Can Softdrink 40₹ I’ll explain all pros and cons of this restaurant. Staff members are polite and friendly. Very nice eye catching ambience and interior design with lighting however it doesn’t affect the food. Spacious restaurant for big family meals and group visits. There was not waiting or much crowd when we visited. Sofa and chairs available to sit. We had a birthday party so we had a cake with us and restaurant staff shows us nice gesture of playing birthday song for us. Few things they should improve if they wish to improve their customer experience and business revenue. Their few things are high pricey and should have a lower price as compared to all competitor restaurants such as buttermilk glass cost is 40₹ Papad cost is 49₹ Roti Butter price starts from 30₹ and 45₹ which is very high price as per the market. Services are VERY SLOW after you order anything. If we are eating anything and anyone would not wish to wait much for repeat Roti orders. It MUST be fast repeat services like all other restaurants. Food taste must be double-checked before serving to customers. Their punjabi Subji prices are on lower side which’s the good thing but at the other end Roti and Paratha prices are higher side. Veg Kolhapuri Subji taste was very much spicy 🌶️ than regular. They should taste food before served. Food quantity and quality are average. In case if restaurants are charging high prices the it must provide a good quality worth it. It costs around 300₹ per person at this restaurant. Cards, Cash and online UPI payments are accepted.
