The food was excellent, the ambience was pleasant, and the staff provided very nice service. Mr. Gopal and Mr. Suman were very courteous towards us and made our kids quite comfortable at the restaurant. Thank you so much for the wonderful service.

Ordered veg thali. Menu says choice of soup, but it is chef's choice. Didn't agree for something as basic as tomato soup. Many items served cold. Simple dessert such as brownie not available. Wifi code not provided even though it is supposedly available for walk in guests. Struggling with limited servers. All in all, be ready to be treated so, if you walk in with any discount deals.

Truly Pathetic Experience: Severe Delays and Service Failure This was an extremely disappointing visit that was far below the standard expected of the Fern brand. Despite having a reservation, we waited 45 minutes for our table. Our food commitment was then delayed by an additional 45 minutes to an hour. The service was completely unacceptable: we repeatedly had to ask staff for basic items like water, paper napkins, and cutlery. The meal itself arrived incomplete (sabji with no roti). The issues persisted until the end, with a further 15-minute wait for the bill. Overall, the experience was pathetic due to continuous failures in timeliness and fundamental service.

Absolutely Pathetic Experience. Despite our reservation, we waited 45 minutes to be seated. The food delays were extreme, turning a promised 15-20 minute wait into over an hour, and our main course arrived incomplete (sabji with no roti). Service was severely lacking; we had to repeatedly ask for basic necessities like water, cutlery, and napkins. Even receiving the bill required an additional 15-minute wait. This level of organizational failure and neglect is utterly unacceptable and highly disappointing for a brand of this supposed caliber.

Table was booked for 3 buffet, they let me in at 3:30 and then all the food was cold 50% items were off the shelf.

food no doubt is tasty & delicious but the service is pathetic , I have never such a horrible service from Marriot
