The service and the hospitality was amazing. We enjoyed the quality time we spent with friends. The kababs were yummy. Mr. Vivek was very good and on his toes for our hospitality.

Kebabs are amazing, especially fish fry and mutton galoutti kebab. Buffet was medicore but sabzis were good

I visited The Great Kabab Factory on a Sunday night for dinner and had an underwhelming experience. For 1450+taxes in a 5 star hotel, the variety of food was poor. Our meal started with the tomato shorba which was extremely pungent. It was followed by the Galouti kebabs which were very good. The only good dish of the night. After this, paneer tikka, pineapple tikka, aloo tikka, malai broccoli and mushroom kebab followed but all of them were very average. Nothing to remember with very mild taste. The main course had paneer butter masala and mushroom mutter along with rice, dal and biryani. The paneer was good. However the mushroom had too much salt and biryani was tasteless. The Salan served with it was horrible and ruined the taste. The chaas was way too watery. For the desserts there was gulab jamun, barfi and rasgulla. They gave me a scoop of chocolate ice cream when I requested. All the desserts were very average and definitely not the quality you would expect in Radisson. The service was fine. Manager was nice and responsive to our requests and was open to feedback. Hope they work on the flavours in their food and the variety in their offerings.

Pathetic food and pure waste of money. Even street food is good in terms of quality. Felt cheated with hard earned money getting wasted. 1. Starters were pretty average and felt chef was new in this field 2. Main course was worse 3. Biryani has masala haldi and no vegetables . Felt bitter in taste 4. Palak Dal was the worst I had in my life 5. Dal Makhani was average 6. Paneer sabji was decent 7. Service was Very good... 8. Soup was nice and starters were average 9. Rasgulla were stone and even fork was not enough to cut it ...hard 10. Barfi was pure cheating along with halwa 11. Only better thing was Pan Icecream Don't waste your hard earned money here .. clastrophobic room for dining... Chef and cooking staff need to be trained I feel

I think the food was not up to mark. given the price I can think of lots of better places than this except for the sweet we did not like anything. Galouti kebabs were too sour and smelly the food came only when asked for no mutton preparation for main course if you think the menu is worth 2500 then serve accordingly it was not at all worth it. prawn preparation was bad.

food was extremely bad both veg and non veg.... we asked chef to serve fresh food but even after saying multiple times they served same food....whole birthday was ruined
