very much delayed service, no proper management or response. even booking from district, the person from restaurant says that you have to inform our reception that you'll be requiring a table. though it was Sunday but there has to be some process. delay in taking order & changing people while taking it. delay in serving the order & they forgot the ordered dish. everything was good but only veg kolhapuri was disappointing. I have never tried sweet veg kolhapuri & when asked the person about the sabzi, he says that it's always mild in the taste. ordered mung dal halwa in dessert but it was dry, wasn't having proper ghee. also was testing different from the normal one which you try outside. According the the quality of food, price is way to high honestly. Just charging for ambience & not having a proper service & a bit of focused approach in food, will led to dissatisfaction of clients. It was my first time but will be the last & will not recommended

it was a very Bad Experience reason as below - as per the T&C displayed by District app,it says the desert is complimentary for the booked Guests. however the restaurant serves one one scoop of the Vanilla Ice Creams, in turn they says that even the booking is made for 10 persons, they will only give one scoop as a complementary, district app is not giving correct T&C. the staff at resturant is not cooperative. even food is very basic, NOT a VALUE FOR MONEY place. only 1 Star given is due to the Ambiance.

Worst experience ever we were total 20 people out which 5 were small kids under 5 year and the time we sat on our table we ordered food starter came at right time but main course came 1hr delay and whenever we asked the answer is same Sir 5 min and not with me the whole restaurant was booked and every second person has same problem food was minimum 45min delay I would only say one think want good service and good food never ever go to here that's my personal suggestion

worst experience ever food was cold and tasteless bad customer service no proper system I was having online offer of free truffle pastry but they said it is not available we can give gulab Jamun that too not available for take away and this is being informed after payment and cash counter and no response from staff Pathetic Experience
