The Expérience was very unsatisfactory for the first visit. The food was okay, but the service staff seemed quite untrained. Delayed service, and the humidity made the perfect combination to a frustrated dinner with family. We'd booked the slot in advance but after reaching there it's revealed that only outdoor sitting was available at the moment, which was okay till we took a look at the rooftops setting. The staff was very unprofessional and even asked to pass the plates to guest to avoid going round the table, and also the same was repeated while serving the food. Also one server simply stacked the two pieces of pizza one in another in one of our plates. It's extremely suffocating and humid and given the summer season, they had only one common cooler and two fans covering the entire rooftop area making it extremely difficult to survive BEFORE,WHILE AND AFTER eating.

food quality is not so good serving time was too longer ordered hyderabadi biriyani with raita so in raita it smells very bad in classik paneer tikka panner was not hot even after complaining they gave 2nd time but it was same as earlier served

Incresed price thats ok we can under stand but decreasing quantity of food ? What are you guys trying to do i have visited here several times but today is my last visit due to your quantity of good now the food that forst served two person that is now serving 1 and a half person or one person only so if increasing price thats ok but why giving not that worth of food in quantity quality is best but what about quantity please check about it worst experience ever today not expecting visiting here any more this a sizzler i havd ordered it had only a small bowl rice and its worth 600 plus tax see the quantity what are u giving before the quantity was ok that i cant complain bit now its worst

manager has to change his attitude and behaviour.my experience was so poor that after having table available he wants us to be wait in waiting area and we have a baby also.
