I wish there was an option for 4.5 ⭐️. Food was great, all staff members very polite, ambience true to the name, very modern earthy. All in all it was a great experience.

The person who was taking the order was really irritated and didn’t knew how to talk to customers very unprofessional behaviour by him had never seen such type of behaviour in any restaurant or cafe till date Coming to food my rating will be 0/10 very pathetic food We ordered Dimsims -very thick not even chewable Brushetta -don’t know how they called them brushetta they had six pieces two with cheese Two with avacado n 2 with mushrooms the bread was too soogy not cooked properly and the toppings were too much without any taste We ordered for main course Chilli garlic noodles -over cooked and too much spicy which one cannot eat Burnt garlic fried rice was ok With vegetables The waiter dropped the spoon on the floor and was trying to serve with that same spoon Overall pathetic experience and the way the manager spoke spoiled our evening If you want to go for ambience then the place is good but for food and service it is pathetic

We visited this restaurant for dinner today and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The food was below average and lacked proper seasoning, especially the salt level which we mentioned politely as feedback. Hygiene standards were extremely poor and honestly felt below acceptable levels. What was more upsetting was the behaviour of the staff member named Shubrato. After we shared our feedback, he responded rudely and was later overheard mocking us while speaking to his colleagues, saying things like “why do they always complain while paying the bill,” even though I was standing right next to him. This was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Constructive feedback should be handled with courtesy and maturity, not sarcasm or mockery. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this restaurant

A Total Letdown I’m honestly pretty disappointed. I paid a premium price for what I expected to be a loaded pizza, but it arrived with zero vegetables just a plain layer of cheese. For the amount they charge, you'd at least expect the order to be correct. It felt like a total rip-off for a basic cheese pizza. Save your money and go somewhere else that actually includes the toppings you pay for.
