Really loved the experience and the ambience The service was also good and food was very delicious, it was my first time but would love to visit again. The staff was very friendly especially Imran uncle. Lovedd itt!!

On a peak day like Sunday, everyone, asks for a good hospitality, but eventually the staff was fighting within themselves and there was total chaos, order mixups and delays, which should not be faced by any of the customers. Otherwise, the food was really, really good.

2.0 / 5.0 Stars — Great Concept Going to Waste Due to Inconsistent Taste and Unprofessional Service We have visited this establishment three times now because the concept and the menu are genuinely fantastic. But Your entire dining experience depends heavily on the mood of a senior server named Imran. If he is in a good mood, you might get your orders right or even receive complimentary items. If not, the experience plummets. His conduct is repeatedly unprofessional: Pricing Confusion: While taking our order, he actually had to ask us what the price of the dish was. Intrusive Billing: Every single time we pay, he closely scrutinizes exactly how much discount we are getting through apps like EazyDiner and Zomato, making the end of the meal incredibly uncomfortable. The execution here is entirely hit-or-miss—when it's good it's great, but when it's bad, it is the absolute worst. Both the food quality and the service are completely unpredictable. The entire staff, including the chef, is in desperate need of immediate management and supervision. We hope leadership steps in soon to bring some much-needed consistency and professionalism to this place. The Samurai Box is an absolute must-try if you enjoy sticky rice, ramen, and sushi. However, a brilliant culinary concept is going completely to waste here due to a combination of highly inconsistent taste and unprofessional service.
