First of all, we have been greeted warmly at the front desk. The entire menu was fantastic. we really enjoyed the food and service.

food was good except for the chicken main course. an item called Chicken Kala, looked unappetising and didn't taste too good. service was bad. the staff were totally indifferent to our presence, almost as if we didn't exist

Food seemed sub par especially for the price. Additional the chair upholstery etc seemed extremely worn and dirty. Not at par with Accor group standards at all. The mango mocktail offer is definitely a scam.

Very disappointing experience for a renowned hotel. The vegetarian food was pathetic and nowhere near the standards expected. Beverage options were extremely poor — only one drink was available, and it tasted artificial, almost like chemicals. The AC was also not working properly, making the overall experience uncomfortable. To make things worse, even the water bottles served were not cold or even moderately chilled at last— just normal room-temperature water, as if there was a shortage. Overall, poor hospitality, poor food quality, and poor service. Definitely not the kind of experience expected from a renowned hotel.

They have written as ₹1500 for two with 40% off on Zamoto we were charges ₹ 2750 for two and no discount or any offer given even when we booked via Zamoto They have cheated us by charging double Never visit this restaurant ever Iyer family

the place is for Non Vegetarian, very limited buffet for vegetarians. i found only panipuri stall was ok. Rest all vegetarian options were not good at all.
