Visited the newly opened Third Wave Coffee Roasters in Ahmedabad and had a really. pleasant start to my day. The interiors are beautifully done — modern, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, making it a great spot to sit back and relax. The staff was warm and welcoming right from the moment I walked in. I ordered a Hot Chocolate, Hazelnut Cappuccino, and a Croissant — all perfect morning companions. The flavers were spot on, and the croissant was fresh and flaky. There was a small mix-up where I was served a regular cappuccino instead of the hazelnut one. But the staff was genuinely apologetic and immediately replaced it once I mentioned it - quick and courteous service that I really appreciated. Overall, a lovely experience and definitely a place I'd be happy to visit again!

They forgot to deliver food ordered online on there app after reminding and waiting for half an hour they prepared the order.

Pathetic service. Firstly, there was a offer of buy 1 get 1 on a Wednesday and while placing the order they didn't even inform us and after we confronted them they were like you didnt ask for it. Who does that? secondly, we ordered a hot chocolate which was served 🥶. Such a big brand but very very bad service.
