Buffet food was average to good based on individual items. But hygiene and cleanliness was really poor. Found unclean cutlery repeatedly. the tables and floors felt like they haven't been swapped in a long time which is not expected from Hyatt. service was okay.

Food is good service lacks somewhere no one to guide us around the buffet paying 5000 for 2 persons but no one literally guided in the starting to us which is terrible

Tinello was a huge disappointment. We visited for a birthday dinner and booked their buffet, expecting a memorable experience, especially at a Hyatt property. Unfortunately, both the food and the service fell far below expectations. The service was extremely slow and unprofessional. It genuinely felt as though it was the staff's first day, with little coordination or attention to guests. As for the food, it was equally disappointing. For a restaurant that specializes in Italian cuisine, the pizzas and pastas lacked authenticity and flavour. The pizzas were far from authentic, and the pastas were bland and poorly executed. Overall, it was my first visit to Tinello, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. Definitely not the standard you'd expect from a Hyatt restaurant, and I wouldn't recommend it.

We went for our anniversary lunch. Entire food menu was cold and looks from one day before. Waiter kept asking for things to bring, even after repeatedly saying our hot breads never came. Just to pay the bill, we had to wait for like 30-45 min. Staff was so ignorant. Overall food and staff service - 2 things that mark up your doing experience- both were pathetic.

The food I shit. have been here once and oh damn lord should never come here again. Even the most expensive places never charge more then the amount they are charging per person. like 1800 rupees is extremely high.

stale and cold food. no variety at all in buffet. I could have gone to the nearby thela and got better food there. will never go to hyatt and advise everyone to not waste money at all
