The chocolate ice cream was absolutely a disgrace to chocolate & was extremely sweet with minimal chocolate flavour. The Belgian Chocolate Thickshake also tasted weird and there were unwanted pieces of chocolate which ruined the drink texture!

went for Rs 99 waffle offer and the best sellers like red velvet, blue berry cheesecake and starwberry cream cheese were not even available!! Also they gave me waffles in chocolate base which was terrible. Belgian Waffle or any other waffle is better than this

they are refusing to accept payment through the District, they demanded cash payment from us and said we have not received payment through the District. Store manager shouting publicly for the payment. there's another customer looking us like a cheat
