It was an amazing experience to be here. staff was polite and friendly. even they recommend few dishes. and at last the owner sagarbhai. jam of a person - we have a good talk too! as there was some concerns about Billing. but over all it was 10/10 experience. if you are a couple going on date, friends who want to hangout and chill or family who need a quality time this is a place for you.

Restaurant itself offered awesome view. But entrance foyer was shabby and at the beginning you get negative impression. Cold water was not available.. Food and service was great.

They have a table which had capacity of 10 persons but they are no provided us due to we have 7 members in family…but after that we seen that they are provided same table to group of 8 people…so it is not fair deal for every person..kindly check and rectify the same …for that we give 1 star

The food was really tasty. But the server doesn’t know how to serve the food. And it was really really hot night - no wind and they have not single small fan at all. No customer service. After complaining several times I saw they were setting a big fan by the register. So if you can handle the heat and if you help yourself, the food is great.

I visited Upari Manzil recently for a couple's dinner, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The most frustrating part was the staff's behavior; they were quite rude and unhelpful, which immediately ruined the mood. We were seated at a table with absolutely no ventilation. In the Ahmedabad heat, we were literally sweating the entire time, making it impossible to enjoy the evening. As for the food, it didn't make up for the discomfort. We ordered the Nachos and Pesto. The Pesto was just okay, but the Nachos were way below the mark-lacking freshness and flavor. Given the service and the lack of basic comfort, I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for a pleasant dining experience. There are much better managed spots in the city.

Worst experience It’s is only good for those who go with only group If any one is going with two pax or three He will not get any view as per the name upari manzil For them they only want groups Please think twice before u go with your loved ones Or else go with your friend group to have view

Food cost is over price Behaviour of manager is worst Might be they think they have very good business and then least concern for guest to be serve with good courtesy Zero star Zero for behaviour Zero for pricing
