Worst Restaurant Experience in Ahmedabad: I contacted this restaurant to inquire about the menu and pricing for the catering arrangements for my Vastu Pooja at our new home. During the conversation, I politely asked the owner, Preetiben, for her name so that I could meet her in person at the restaurant for further discussion. Instead of responding professionally, she said, "It's none of your business to know my name," in a very rude and disrespectful tone. As a customer, I believe it is completely reasonable to know the name of the person I am dealing with, especially when discussing arrangements for an important family function. There was absolutely no wrong intention behind my question. I would simply like to say that customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect. Most customers come with genuine intentions and good family values. Before assuming anything about a customer's intentions, please ensure that you speak politely and professionally.

We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food taste was not good at all and did not meet our expectations. The portion size was also very small compared to the price. It did not feel worth the money we paid. Service was slow and the staff was not very attentive. Overall, the experience was not pleasant, and we left feeling unhappy. I hope the management improves the food quality, quantity, and service in the future.
