So I visited a Wagh Bakri Tea Lounge for the first time. but wasn't feeling like having too much tea so ordered a Kettle of tea which comes with two cups. However, since we were three people we asked for one more cup; to which their response was - Sorry we can't give one more cup as company doesn't allow us and there are cameras also. So I got into an argument with the person in charge at the outlet who had no proof to show for the same. and after a minute of pressing for a logical explanation he just gave me the cup. So my understanding is that either the brand's policies are petty or the trainer or the employees I dealt with were petty. I think these brands are just losing the human touch and don't understand that service is all about accommodating and Chai is all about sharing and not about some company's policies. Would appreciate if other people are not subjected to the same situation. because if this stays then people would rather have their tea from a tapri outside. Food was good. we had Masala Noodles, Poha, chocolate truffle pastry, cheese chilli toast which was all on point. enjoyed it. (So it wasn't just the chai which we had ordered.) and one more thing, they were out of water bottles. zero stock. It's March. It's summer. and a cafe didn't have water to sell to its customers. think about that.
