Good place within Mall. The store is not so big but gives better space to hang out with friends in ajmer city. You will find crowded during weekends

The staff forces you to take combos. They lie about individual burgers even they are there with individual prices on the menu. That's why I have to argue with the lying staff. You can order separately on other sites or burger King app. At the outlet some staff will take your order some will straight away lie that they don't serve 45rs burger individually. That's the only problem I face there constantly and it's not a one time thing.

Pathetic burger I have ever received through Zomato. I have ordered crispy veg supreme burger which is totally different from the picture shown in Zomato which shows cheese tomato and all. But when I have received the burger it's a simple Allo tikki burger. When I called to burger king center Mr. Prateek chouhan treated very badly like anything. He even not bothered about the things he delivered. He simply said we have dilevered the right thing and cut the phone which shows his response and not even feel sorry for the same... I am sorry to say to the team of burger king please place the right picture of the item....and trained your staff for how to behave in service industry. Mr Chauhan is having a high ego which is not tolerant by any of the educated person.

I wish i cud give a negative rating. had a horrible experience at burger king, ajmer. Place was dirty and unorganised even in covid times. Manager was pleading customers to adjust. Very unhygienic. Utter shame!. Didnt find place to sit. Orders were not processed on times and haywire. See pics I want to give a negative review but this rating system does not allow

Pathetic staff, pathetic service, they give me 20 mins time for my order to get ready, but the person keep counting the old cash for 20 mins, when shout on them then they start preparing food. Customer value is zero for them, They are ruining burger King name. I was the permanent customer of them, now I'll never visit burger kind again

Worst burger ever! Staff is super PATHETIC! they don't know the basic mannerism to talk with the customers. Local outlets are way better than this...trust me! And don't trust the photos they have attached with the each dish.... They will never apologise for deliver the wrong order!

Worst burger i ever have through zomato.. i ordered chicken tandoori grill through zomato and the burger i received was totally different as shown in picture.. worst in taste.. worst in preparation.. i advise you all never order any burger from burger king through zomato..
