Our visit to Avees Puttu House, Alappuzha, with family — including a 1-year-old baby — turned into one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. The staff’s attitude was downright rude and unprofessional. We placed our order on time, but several items were never served at all, despite multiple follow-ups. What made the situation even more frustrating was watching other customers being served promptly while we were completely ignored, as if our presence didn’t matter. And to add insult to injury, when the bill arrived, they had the audacity to charge us for the items that were never served. There was no apology, no courtesy, and certainly no attempt to correct their mistake — only a clear focus on collecting money. Such treatment is unacceptable for any restaurant, especially one that promotes itself as family-friendly. If this is how Avees Puttu House values its customers, it won’t be long before more families like ours choose never to return. I strongly urge the management to take responsibility and fix this disgraceful service before it completely destroys the restaurant’s reputation.

no menu was provided. only 3-4 items were available and still the food took a long time to come. quantity was very less,
