Amazing food, lovely vibe... I and my wife went for the Dinner there... ordered a Manchurian soup which we shared.. But couldn't stop ourself from ordering another bowl of soup. The soup was cooked to the perfection l. It'd very finely diced beans.. being just 2 of us, we didn't order any starters and to keep it simple we ordered a Dal Tadka and Tandoori rotis... Dal was perfectly done.. To be honest, we were amazed to find such taste and ambience in Tier 2 city like Prayagraj... whether its the magic of Ganga water being used for cooking in this area, but the taste of Dal and the Soup amazingly surprised us.... The ambience was top notch... However the Service part needs some attention as we kept craving for the attention of Waiters who were not even willing to listen and were moving around like headless chickens... Also, as a suggestion, they need to keep a check on their verbal communication between the staff members as the entire staff (including the guys at the counters) were talking so loudly and casually as if they're sitting at their respective homes... this conveys disrespect towards the Diners sitting there... The staff was very courteous and polite though... rest of the things were perfect... All in all, the experience was beyond our expectations... The place is a must visit if you're looking for a family friendly space offering finger licking food .. I wish they come up with more of their outlets in other cities as well and atleast in our state i.e. Gujarat....

The restaurant offered a unique all-vegetarian menu, which I appreciated. While the concept was intriguing, the execution fell a bit short for my personal taste. The dishes, though creatively presented, lacked a certain vibrancy in flavor. The atmosphere felt somewhat subdued, and the plating, while interesting, didn't quite elevate the dining experience. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience, but I left hoping for a bit more.

when I was new in prayagraj I checked on YouTube and google nest place to eat but when I visited there at 2pm first for 10min no one came to take order even though restaurant was not crowded then one guy came took order n stupid just gave as plates n spoon there was no salt or pepper on table being such huge hyped place then order came after 10min of waiting I ordered naan n paneer but no onion nothing was served with it even though price was high m after 5min there was no one around to ask for extra chapati even I stand and called one waiter who was just standing in middle doing nothing he ignored m came after 5min n took order n thn we order chinese plates too eaten paid and left this place does not deserve hype the chinese what the served I have eaten better than this in prayagraj which normal shop of chinese

Actually everything was bad in veggie veg. They serve food in disposable cutlery and the food is very costly and not upto the mark. 1. Manchurian combo with fried rice: Manchurian was stale and smelling bad from inside. 2. Fried rice: tasteless. The price of the food is too high and the service quality is degrading now. Small resturants are making much better and tasty food in comparison to veggie veg. I would never recommend anyone to visit here. please save your money and eat somewhere else but not here. "ऊंची दुकान, फीका पकवान"

The dish was excessively oily, with the gravy practically dripping with oil. It seems the chef has no sense of the appropriate amount to use. Even after some oil spilled during delivery, there was still so much left that I had to drain the excess by turning the box upside down onto four thick rolls of tissue. This was a complete waste of money and resources. I expected much higher standards and quality from such a reputable brand, but this experience left me truly disappointed.

Extremely bad experience with Food quality and customer service. We ordered Kadhai Paneer and Naans and they delivered half cooked tomato gravy with cheese..with no spice no tadka even... Overpriced and wrongly hyped place with tasteless food. they don't take feedback like customer service doesn't matter much to them..total hype..no taste..no value and pathetic experience.. won't recommend anyone.

The food is absolutely disgusting. Went to El Chico almost after a decade and they certainly disappointed me. Steamed momos were bad. Dal tadka was sour. It seemed to be stale. Moreover, the service was horrendous as well. A big thumbs down from me.
