Kheema kulcha ordered by us was amazingly tasty which was complimented with great mutton gravy. Our second dish home style chicken with gravy too was of superb quality. Overall it was a pleasant experience eating at your Punjabi restaurant.

I recently visited Amritsar Kitchen to celebrate my birthday, but unfortunately, the experience was far from what I expected at a Marriott property. We had ordered chicken skewers, kasundi fish, fried rice, a non-alcoholic drink, and mango panna cotta, availing a 50% discount through Zomato Gold. The food is good but the service is pathetic. During payment, the server’s Sangam’s behavior was unnecessarily rude—he almost scolded me for not informing him earlier that the booking was via Zomato, despite me having both the confirmation and a prior call to the restaurant.he kept on repeating that I should have told him I made a reservation via Zomato . As if anything was going to be different if I said I availing a discount via Zomato . Ideally the waiter should have received the reservation details before hand as I booked 45 minutes earlier also followed by a call . Throughout the meal, basic hospitality standards were missing. We were not given fresh plates after each course, food was not served onto our plates, and no serving spoon was provided for the fried rice until I specifically requested one—only then did the Sangam offered to serve me. Every hotel and restaurant irrespective of their standards knows a serving spoon has to be given . The server was largely absent, did not check on us during the meal, and was even seen eating in the guest area right in front of us. Feedback about the food was sought only after we had paid the bill, which felt like an afterthought.we were the only two guest in the restaurant, it was not like it was a rush hour or breakfast or buffet hours . The service team appeared unaware of the offers available on Zomato and seemed biased against guests availing discounts, which is disappointing to experience at a premium hotel restaurant. For what was meant to be a special birthday celebration, the lack of attentiveness, courtesy, and empathy from the staff left us with a sour impression. A five-star restaurant should treat every guest with equal warmth and professionalism—discount or no discount. Sadly, that standard was not met here even after being a big name like Marriott.

My son ordered a veggie pasta, what we got was a plain pasta. Upon request to Chef Vijay, they gave a burnt pasta with veggies. Upon complaint to Chef Vijay just said OH and went away and did nothing about it

very bad experience... as regards rates.... Rates shown and charges... very different.... hotel manager not ready to charge as oer zomato shown at time of booking.. so my bad experience 😔😭

Food was quite average and the service is bad and takes forever. A simple thing like fresh juice took 30 mins and later told us it’s not available !
