The food is excellent. We orderd non veg platter, shirley temple and melt choco bar. All on recommendation of Mr. Bhupesh and everything was amazzzzzzzzzziiiiinnnngggggg. Must visit place and the quantity of food is more than expected.

great food and service. must visit when in amritsar. music is a bit loud in the interior spaces which are air-conditioned. zones with different sound levels will be helpful.

The most incompetent manager on-site consistently prioritizes dictating to customers over resolving their inquiries. During peak winters, a rule is in place to provide one angithi for a table of eight, which is an outdated and ineffective policy. After a lot of struggle and discussions we were offered 3 angithis.When questioned about this rule by the manager, his arrogance and lack of customer service were evident as he dismissed the customer’s concerns and suggested that they sit inside. This decision should be made by the customers themselves, as the manager’s primary responsibility is to manage and ensure customer satisfaction. Despite these issues, the food is delicious, and the ambiance is pleasant. The establishment would greatly benefit from hiring a manager with exceptional skills and customer service expertise.

No good for foreigners/tourist I would say. Me and a friend weren't allowed in, apparently they kept saying a 'private' party was ongoing, but kept accepting people as they 'bribe' the bouncers and crowd control was stupid.
