Had such a lovely evening at Bon Chic, Amritsar. ✨ The food and drinks were exceptional, but what made it truly special was the warm, attentive service. Every little detail felt thoughtfully taken care of. A beautiful experience I’ll happily come back for. ❤️

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Bon Chic. To begin with, the pizza we ordered was terrible. It had an excessively thick, doughy maida crust with very little cheese or toppings, and it was completely lacking in flavour. What was even more shocking was that, in the middle of our meal, a mouse jumped onto our table. This is absolutely unacceptable and not something anyone would expect from a restaurant. We also ordered the mutton biryani, which was equally disappointing. The mutton pieces were so hard they were almost impossible to eat, the rice was bland, and the gravy served alongside was awful. On top of that, the indoor dining area was full of flies and mosquitoes, making the entire experience extremely unpleasant. The poor hygiene and lack of cleanliness were evident throughout the restaurant. I am genuinely surprised by the quality of food being served and the standards being maintained. Bon Chic seriously needs to improve its cleanliness, kitchen hygiene, food quality, and overall maintenance. Based on this experience, I would not recommend dining here.

I was so disappointed by the bon chic as my expectations were high . At first there was a preparation going on for a private party which was at 8 pm , we went in the evening but all staff was busy in preparations only , no one was paying attention to customers. There was so much noise due to this preparations which also disturbed our dining . Food was ok ok but at last we ordered cheese slice quantity of which was not worth the price like who give such a small slice for high price , definitely ruined my dining there. Not recommended at all

I went for fine dining here but they all were preparing for the private party which was at 8 pm but they were all busy in the evening, no one was paying attention to customers . There were rats in the plantation near our table. They food was nothing special and they forgot to serve our beverages.
