We visited around 11:30 a.m. and the food was honestly very good — we really enjoyed the taste. However, the overall experience could have been much better. When we arrived, the restaurant was open but everything was very messy. It looked like they were still setting up and organizing things, which made the ambience uncomfortable for customers. If they knew the setup was still going on and the place wasn’t properly ready, they shouldn’t have given us a table at that time. The service was also quite slow, and the food took a long time to be served. While the food quality was great, the service, cleanliness, and overall ambience need improvement for a better customer experience.

Honestly, a waste of time. We ordered cheese & edamame dim sums — they tasted like they were boiled in hostel water. The Najiah chicken wings? Might as well call it soggy chilli chicken. No flavour, no crisp, no effort. The mushroom truffle pizza was the cherry on this sad meal. I literally showed them a photo from my last visit to remind them how it’s supposed to be. And they still messed it up. First they gave me bell peppers, then dumped cheese on top, then served a raw version after I complained. Genius-level incompetence. Oh, and the white wine? Warm. Had to teach them how wine works too. Ambience can’t save a restaurant this clueless. Never again.

Really beautiful place but poor service. Lady who served us seemed snobbish. it's ok, happens. We don't blame her for that. Instead of free tiramisu (we were supposed to get 2), we were given 2 stale muffins which we didn't eat. Not done.

They cancelled my booking which was made much in advance, citing no reason. Its better not to make any bookings for events, they can cancel any time and you will be embarrassed when you visit with family.
