So this place came highly recommended by our day guide. He specifically said go to the crystal restaurant on the first floor and you won’t regret one bit of it - and surely we didn’t. We ordered the highly talked about butter chicken here and it was genuinely the best butter we had ever had. Period! It was just perfect and is surely one of the must try’s whenever you visit amritsar. We also ordered a fried fish fillet which the staff very passionately recommended and that didn’t disappoint as well. It was a different kind of river fish which we hadn’t eaten before and it should be on your Amritsar to-do list. The ambience was amazing and the place was buzzing when we went there. The staff were really friendly and gave some great food recommendations and I suggest to consider them when you go here. A special shout out for the owner who came to our table and chatted with us about our experience in Amritsar and also told us a couple of things we shouldn’t miss while we were there. She was really friendly and those things really helped us since it was our first time there. Overall it was a great visit and we highly recommend visiting this restaurant!

I went for dinner here with a buddy of mine after a long day of exploring the city. Had the best butter chicken at this place. Also don’t forget to call for their mock tails, they have some delicious choices that will refresh you. The staff was super nice and polite and they gave us some nice recommendations. The fish fry that we had just made our night. Yummy !the owner was super nice to come and personally talk to us. If you’re in Amritsar definitely have a meal here

The food at Crystal restaurant is just exceptional. I was blown away by the authentic flavours and impeccable presentation. I would highly recommend the butter chicken with butter naan which has been a Crystal specialty for years. All food enthusiasts visiting Amritsar must definitely eat here for an ultimate dining experience!

This restaurant is a must visit if you’re in Amritsar! Their food is absolutely flavoursome and if you’re an Indian Chinese lover or even an Indian food lover you must visit this place now!!!! The staff is extremely polite and the restaurant is very hygienic!

lovely amritsari fish...this is a must try if you're coming to Amritsar.. nice ambience too.. lil on the premium side cost wise but worth the price

Hi all, we visited this place on 4th Dec 2021 and it was the worst experience. First of all at the entrance of the restaurant only we got to know that there are 2 Crystal Restaurants and the staff of both the places would harass you to visit their place. Family dispute is clearly visible 2 brothers had a dispute and this restaurant ended up divided between 2. At last we went to This one but regretted as the service is so poor plus the the staff would not listen. We ordered Chinese and the food was so bland, stale and was a total waste of money. Plus the washrooms of this place are not clean at all. I would not recommend anyone to visit this place if you don’t want to waste your hard earned money.

Service was very slow. They dont have proper staff. Washrooms were not clean,it was totally unhygienic place. Food taste was pathetic. Only sizzler was good. I would say Old crystal is far far better than this.
