Beautiful café with amazing food and a lovely atmosphere. The staff was very polite, friendly, and welcoming. Had a great time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good place to relax and enjoy delicious food.

Housewood needs to work on few things Genovese mocktail not good this time it was missing the spike of ginger and was bland in taste. mojito was good although spaghetti was lovely. one flaw was it was served with basil with very hard stems I could pick them out from top, a few were below and I swallowed one it got stuck in throat for few seconds. Hope so they work on this Dal makhni was good naan were too flat and crisp Stuffed kulcha was more like onions sandwiched between 2 papad Ambience is good

visited there..had pizza not good...prices are ok according to their ambience but quality was not good of the food...payed 3.5k just for pizza and drinks

The food was good but the drinks were horrible. They used old fizzed out soda for fresh lime soda and the whiskey sour had watery taste. Even in explaining, the staff wasn’t ready to fix things. And the service in general is very poor. The staff doesn’t know anything about the menu. Even though the food is very good, we go out for experience and service and this place failed on both fronts

This place is an absolute disgrace to hospitality. We’ve all put up with mediocre food and so-so service before, but refusing water? That’s a new low. Seven of us showed up at this dump after hearing mixed reviews—should’ve known better. We asked for plain water, and the staff hit us with, “We don’t serve water on Saturday nights. Buy a bottle or tough luck.” Are you kidding me? What kind of idiotic policy is that? I demanded to talk to the captain, and he backtracked, mumbling it’s not really a policy, just that they’re “too busy” to bother with water on Saturdays. Right, because pouring a glass is such a Herculean task. Then we escalated it to the manager, and his genius solution was, “Buy one bottle, and maybe we’ll bring you water later.” Seriously? This is Amritsar, a city that’s supposed to stand for humanity and decency, and these clowns can’t even spare a drop of free water? The service was a joke, the attitude was trash, and I wouldn’t step foot in this place again if they paid me. Avoid it like the plague—unless you enjoy being treated like dirt.

We are visitors in the holy city and wanted to get a great experience for our families. As we enter a great ambience on a weekend and we were hooked. However what pissed me off was that the place refused to serve us regular water stating first that its policy on the weekend, when we weren't satisfied with the explanation they said that we were out of RO (duh!!!) and then finally comes the negotiation deal, please have one bottled water and we'll serve another one as regular water. Are you serious?? God knows what will come next . When we asked to call the manager to sort out they became defensive. One can handle , mediocre food and service, but service water is a simple, service that we do even to strangers in our home. Amritsar please wake up!

Very very bad experience 3rd time not good service and rude behaviour by staff they say u can’t choose where u sit and I will prefer comfort so next I will don’t come poor facilities and bill also come so late after asking for bill staff was illiterate it’s my opinion no professionalism at all

Staff is not good they are so rude . Food is delicious but before paying please cross check the bill because in menu price is different and in bill they add different which thing is Rs 75 they added on the bill 110 . That’s my biggest mistake I didn’t cross check the bill .
