I just wanted to share something that really disappointed me during my visit to Kazan. I came with my guests, and while we were clicking some pictures, one of your staff members suddenly told us to stop because the place was reserved. The way he said it was quite rude and it did not feel respectful at all. Because of that, my guests felt uncomfortable and their mood was spoiled, which was upsetting for me as I had invited them there. If the area was reserved, it could have been explained politely. There was no need for that kind of behavior. At least he should have apologized after seeing that my guests felt bad. I want to mention that I really liked the food, and your serving staff was also good and polite. My only issue is with the attitude of that particular staff member. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make sure customers are treated with respect in the future.

Though the Ambience was pretty good but the food and the drinks was not upto the mark.. It lack taste and after having it we caught into stomach pain.. Please improve your food quality & also please serve what is written in the menu else make items unavailable! A customer orders after going through the menu only!

The food, ambience, and service were amazing. However, my experience at the entrance was very disappointing. We were carrying a packed edible gift for the person who had invited us, but we were not allowed to take it inside. The Sikh bouncer at the entrance was extremely rude and arrogant in the way he handled the situation. His behaviour completely spoiled what would have otherwise been a great experience. Because of this incident, I don't think I'll visit again. I hope the management looks into this and improves the attitude and professionalism of the entrance staff.

Thugs! Prices are already on higher side, which is acceptable…. But they are charging an additional amount of 10% on the name of “staff contribution” as an preset in bill. Which is usually paid when you invite some guests along so that others should not pay the same on your part, when asked for refund, it is being told that it is optional and could have been changed before paying. Would send a legal notice for sure for this preset of looting people.

they gave me chicken pizza and I am vegetarian what worse could they do!!!!!
