Always a big fan of KFC. This one outlet in mall of Amritsar is basically a takeaway where you can eat in the foodcourt area. Been there a hundred times and I just love their chicken zingers. Juicy and crunchy. Burgers which are actually worth buying. Their boneless chicken is my another favourite. Get there on wednesday for some exciting offers. However, the staff needs to pay more attention to customers. I won't recommend their hot and spicy chicken nor I would recommend chicken fries and fries loaded with sauces. Otherwise it's great.

This KFC outlet was a complete disappointment. The chicken was dry and tasted old, but the customer service was even worse. The staff were busy having their own family drama right in front of everyone instead of doing their job. If someone asks them why the order is delayed, the attitude is basically, “Why do we care?” If your outlet is open, taking orders, and taking people’s money, then you should be responsible enough to serve the food on time. I ended up wasting 45 minutes for absolutely no reason. No updates, no apology, nothing. This was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had at KFC. Definitely not coming back.
