I'm Pleased with the ambience I've Experienced There It was Amazing. Quick service was There for Everything Welcoming staff The food was literally Fantastic and i personally liked it The mushroom with hoisin sauce and main course too The presentation of food was amazing ❤

The place was amazing in terms of staff and ambience. The New Look to the outer Deck was commendable and great for outdoor sitting . The brazier they had placed was great as a adition to the property . Loved the place and along with food and service 👍🏻👍🏻

Hotel Regenta At Amritsar has some great food, and also great place to stay too! Food is just yummy, had kept it lighter with Masala omlette and two pieces of Chicken .And adding POHA as flavour. Service is at the Top. Highy recommendable

Ambience was really mesmerizing . The outer deck is perfect place to visit with friends in this cosy weather . The food was too delicious and yummy as well as staff was also friendly. If you are looking for a place to have a quality time withyour partner this is the place for you😇

Food was worth but it only makes sense if served well, the service could have been improved. Because of less proactive service, the food was wasted by non-timely delivery of Ala-Carte food. 5/5: Food 2:5/5: Service

I went there on 3rd feb 2024 for my Mom's birthday and i booked a table beforehand. I was seated immediately but after that there was no one to waiter us. On repeatedly asking them about the menu they were constantly just passing by saying give me 2 mins and those 2 mins were like 30 mins. Gosh such bad service. Constantly the waiters were just flying away from our table when asked about when our food is being prepared as they said the snacks will be served on table. Repeatedly we had to ask the waiters when the food was ariving they were like 2 mins. Worst serving experience. I will never bring back my family here.

Food quality has dropped significantly. Imagine getting the lowest quality of fish (basa) jn a 5 star. Food was totally cold and even raw. Service was slow. Had to ask for small things like chutney,dips etc. Buffet is not worth. Mocktails not good.

Briyani was not upto the mark . It has to be well layered . Either briyani was street styled or the chef . Pathetic . Not a 5 star valued . May be some fast food restaurant chef is hired .
