service was top notch. Food was good. i didn't like butter chicken as chicken was not tender and juicy rather sticky. Snacks were yummy. but live music was loud

Visited Sandoz and ordered Butter Chicken. The initial serving had chicken pieces that appeared grey, which didn’t align with the usual presentation of butter chicken. When I raised the concern, the staff initially argued instead of acknowledging the issue, which was disappointing. However, the dish was eventually replaced. While I appreciate that a replacement was provided, the way the concern was handled could have been more professional. Better staff training and consistency in preparation would improve the overall experience.
