The staff ( tamana , sarabjeet ,tarsem , satish and gurjinder) was very polite, attentive, and quick with service. They explained the menu clearly and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. Great customer service and a friendly attitude.

Everything was fine except we were made to sit outdoors despite hot weather.. but it may be due to their ambience outside. Otherwise it’s a good place with a great amount of discount given

Food quality is average and most of the food items we ordered tasted bland except the dal makhani and paneer butter masala. The rooftop ambience and music are the only good things here. Service can be improved a lot too.

Food was mediocre, not as competitive as other restaurants at same price range, the sizzler was initially cold (irony) but they reheated after a request, still the sizzler patties felt store bought and frozen

Very disappointing and frustrating experience at Shosha. I visited Shosha with my family and placed our food order. We waited for almost one full hour, and the food was finally served only after we repeatedly asked about it. The worst part was that when the food arrived, the vegetables and other dishes were completely cold. After waiting for an hour, being served cold food is simply unacceptable. I came here with my family expecting a decent dining experience, but instead we had to waste our valuable time and deal with unnecessary frustration and inconvenience. If a restaurant cannot serve fresh and properly heated food within a reasonable time, customers should not have to suffer because of poor management. Extremely disappointing service, poor food temperature, and a complete waste of our time. I strongly recommend the management seriously improve their kitchen coordination, service speed, and basic food-quality standards so that other families don’t have to go through the same experience.
