all hype and no honesty My experience at Stone Crest was extremely disappointing and nowhere close to what is promised or portrayed online. First of all, the ambience is limited to photos only. What you see on social media and promotional images is far from the real experience. In reality, the place feels underwhelming and does not justify the image they try to project. It’s more about appearances than actual comfort or quality. Secondly, it genuinely feels like customers are being pushed to spend more unnecessarily. The pricing feels manipulative rather than transparent. Promises regarding discounts and offers are made initially, but once the bill arrives, those promises conveniently disappear. When questioned, the staff either avoids responsibility or gives vague explanations. The menu prices are already on the higher side, and on top of that, the final bill feels overpriced and unjustified for the quantity and quality of food served. There is absolutely no value for money here. The service is poor and unprofessional. Staff members lack attentiveness, responses are slow, and basic hospitality seems missing. For a place charging premium prices, the service standards are unacceptable. Overall, Stone Crest focuses more on marketing than customer satisfaction. If you’re looking for good ambience, honest pricing, and respectful service, this place will leave you frustrated and disappointed. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values transparency, fair pricing, and a genuinely pleasant dining experience.
