The food was delicious! However, the menu should clearly mention the coffee and pasta options. A small update would make it much better.

Service was so bad , had done booking but the time of arrival they refused at the end had to show call history that we talked . First we got humiliated at the enterance only then Service was so bad waiters don’t know well about the dishes , they were not able to explain about the dishes properly , same is with the bartenders they don’t know properly about the drinks . Then i order paneer and told them it is very hard they said it is like this only ; have told them that it is not my first time to any fine dine restaurant, have eaten top restaurants in Amritsar and outside amritsar as well , Paneer is very soft . at the last i will say if you want to spend , spend it on Governor House - it’s service and everything is top notch . Valencio is pathetic and super flop for me , not going again .

We went with our family and I had been never disappointed so much with any restaurant so far. 1. There was a big mouse under our table which speaks about the unhygienic conditions. How can a place with such rating tolerate this 2. 90% of the items on menu were not available. Anything we ordered was not there 3. There were unable to customise even on basic level Would never recommend anyone if you don’t wanna compromise on your health and second you wanna eat what you wish to even from their menu

Don’t order cocktails they have no idea about it. Only molten biscuit desserts is ok.
