First, I didn't expect it to be in a city like Anand. Two, when you hear the word Jassi De Parathe, the image of big, yummy, excellent quality parathas is created in mind. And I would like to tell that this outlet will live upto those expectations. Staff is great, ambience is good and it satisfies the craving for yummy parathas. What else you want!

Staff service are not proper and they are not loyal. Food from zamato and from restaurant are not equal test...The doesn't show attention on tamaro order

I am writing this review out of total disappointment. I always used to see the long lines outside this restaurant thinking there must be something nice and worthwhile. Let me break it down for you as to why this restaurant should not be tried if you are going for the first time. Ambience As soon as I entered the restaurant with my family ( 5 PaX) , the manager immediately showed us to a place which had absolutely 0 air conditioning. i pointed to a place which was slightly better and was adequate in seating, he shrugged off saying its for 12 people. This was immediately a let down considering he was prioritising customers which hadn’t even come. Food I ordered Dahi ke Kebab, Tandoori Allo, Tomato soup. Dahi ke kebab- The stuff was microwaved to the core because it had come within 5 mins of ordering. Tandoori Aloo- it was both even charred properly and was so spicy that all my members were disappointed. Tomato Soup- Please dont ever try that because it was a packaged powder soup. Totally synthetic and no tomatoes only.😂 I have now realised why it is popular. It is famous for its parathe , which people of gujurat love and its economical prices. however if you are going for something apart from that please read this review and thank me later. You can imagine me writing this long review on a Saturday evening.

absolutely poor food zlooks like old pre cooked food served, even after telling them they just said will take care next time. I have been eating with them since 2004, never had this bad experience

Worst service by jassi Anand, onion is blackish & old & soggy, in mashroom sabji there is no mashroom & manager is even not apologetic for mistake Do not recommend this jassi outlet - kindly avoid

Misbehaved by the the staff, threatned by the operator when complained by us for quality of food. Worst experience ever. Worst quality of food.
