Online order done but item missed from order..not provide spoon thought instructed. Not provide dish to eat and provide dal rice in plastic bag how can we mix it for eat

Which items I resived is not good. Tandoor roti Is not properly baked. Whatever I want is not in packing box. Tast is also bakwas.
