i ordered from zomato and waited for 1 hour..the delivery person says the shop is not preparing the order as there is no person to cook..but I asked the customer executive to refund and they didn't accept.after 1 hr they finally understood the scenario and refunded..I am still hungry..why should I water my 1 hour?
