Zomato service this time was good and was on time however i was looking for a change but he was unable to provide me but still managed. KFC what to say about it? Everybody knows that KFC IS FINGER LICKIN GOOD and they really are. Their quality serves their motto. Awesome food on time preparation and delivered hot and crispy as mentioned. Too Good. Actually its FINGER LICKIN GOOD😉🤣 KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

KFC is one of the most leading food chains in India. I love hitting KFC whenever I feel like. Last time I visited KFC I fell upon Crispy Chicken , French Fries , Chicken PopCorn. I must say they are worth the price and the food is very fulfilling. Onething I have surely missed this time is the virgin mojito due to winters 🙂

The standard KFC across all city are kept intact but the unique part of this branch is the fresh fries. I have been here multiple times and i have always recived the freshly fried fries and also the super friendly Restaurant manager. Hits: Service, Ambiance and food Miss: the constant swiggy and Zomato delivery person have to enter and exit and they have to literally walk the whole length of the dinning area to reach the counter. This causes two things reduces the quality of service and most often leads to crowding near the ordering section cause bottle neck for the dinners to order PS: Sunday afternoon are quite a rush for a city like Asansol, difficult to get hold of seat at a time.

I ordered a rice bowl,chizza and chicken wings......although the rice was tasteless and the chizza was too small with very small amounts of cheese on top of it.........but the chicken wings were good.......

I ordered 2 classic chicken krisp burgers with gold offer. to avail the offer I had to order a pet Pepsi 475 ml after which I got as a free offer a medium size single popcorn . but unfortunately the Pepsi pet 475 ml did not arrive. I contacted both zomato and KFC but kfc said it had delivered the full order.so zomato did not resolve it.KFc put the allegation on the rider.and I just became the sufferer.this has happened earlier also. so I think it's better not to order food online or the rider should open the parcel in front of the customer.

The order they gave me was wrong but after I called them they told me that it was zomato's fault and not their's but the receipt the restaurant had given us had clearly stated the order we gave and not what they had packed and the people in the restaurant were using rough and rude language it is very uncooth in nature in Asansol, Galaxy mall KFC, hope you will review it and take necessary action.

The worst food I have ever ordered from kfc. Rice was uncooked and chicken was not grilled it's only boiled. Never will order from them again.
