We visited Keys the Aures hotel recently in Aurangabad and tried some of the food at their in house multi cuisine restaurant "Blue Cilantro" Ambiance: The place is situated at the ground floor of the hotel next to reception. Well lit with interior with purple white theme. Basic but neat,  They have buffet corner at one side and plenty of tables making it suitable for family gatherings. Service: We visited during early lunch time so place was pretty empty. But the staff was courteous and eager to help. We were served by Mr. Gautam and Ms. Soma and both did their job well. We were also greeted by the F&B manager Mr. Ashutosh who ensured we had good time. Food: Now when it comes to food, we got the chance to eat food made by head chef Mr. Yashwardhan Patil himself and I must say he knows his job well. We started with Veg Thai soup and it was just perfect for Aurangabad weather. Thick creamy coconutty Thai soup with loads of veggies and perfect balance of flavors was just simply good. For main course we called for Veg dilkhush Kofta and garlic naan. the kofta had two gravies and both had distinct taste. Very good.... ensure garlic naan you are having hot otherwise it tends to become chewy as it gets cold. We also had some dal fry and jeera rice. Dal was having homely taste with not much of spices or condiments. Jeera rice was steaming hot with good flavors. This dal rice can be perfect option for light meal. As they say, there is always space for some desserts right! So eating something sweet was must. We called for some honey crunch noodles with vanilla ice cream and rasmalai. the noodles were bang on with crunchiness, buttery sweet salty sauce and sesame seeds to give it some bite and nice flavor. went very well with vanilla ice cream. Rasmalai was served in cute cups and it was well presented with some berry sauce. Frankly I was bit skeptical about the sauce combination with rasmalai but to my surprise it wasn't overpowering at all and just did the job of adding mild sweetness and color. the rasmalai balls were soft and the milk wasn't excessively sweet. So both desserts proved to be perfect end for our lunch. Cost wise also they are priced well and they have very good variety of veg non veg options with indian, asian as well as continental menu. Good option to have some good food and relax with your friends and family. Honest Report Card: Food: 4.5/5 Service: 5/5 Ambiance: 4/5 VFM: 4.5/5 Overall: 4.5/5

Best place to Dine for multicuisine food in the city , try for cooker dum biryani and Koli wada masala fish at this place , lovely preparation and aroma and flavour of the biryani, available in the vegetarian and non vegetarian.

Cilantro - Herbs and spices. This restaurant is a Breakfast cum Dining In house joint of Hotel Keys Aures - Aurangabad I thought of giving it a try for dining experience I would say I am more satisfied with service rather than food, that doesn't mean food wasn't great but service was much better than food. What we ordered - By a old say....Whenever trying a new Non veg restaurant start with Butter chicken.....you can understand the Beat of restaurant just by Holding the Pulse of Butter Chicken. So did I Butter Chicken Butter Naan Butter chicken was more gravy than being solid, maybe it was because of much melted butter. Taste was Good and alluring. ⭐⭐⭐ Butter Naan were well cooked and Buttered. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ P.S - The restaurant is odly situated at the entrance of Hotel which makes guest little uncomfortable seeing all munching crowd especially during dinner time, rest all is fantastic. Recommended - Definitely for service and hospitality Price - ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Over all - ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Staff is polite,Interior is very Nice. Improve the taste. Chicken tikka is one of the favourite Dish of mine in Keys hotel. Keys hotel is popular in Aurangabad City.

"Isse Kharab khana maine aaj tak nahi khaya" We were at Blue Cilantro for my Parent's anniversary with my extended family. We ordered Soup, starters and Main course. Everything was full of salt and preparation was awful. Service was very slow and the person was very confused. He didn't know what to serve and how to serve. He was least interested in doing anything. They didn't even helped me to present the cake. I would give a negative rating for the food. I visited the restaurant because it was rated 4.4 on Zomato but it's just a scam. They just use salt for food preparation and nothing else. We ordered 2 NV dishes and both tasted same. Veg food is just a road side eatery quality. The only good thing was Dal Tadka and Rotis. Pathetic washrooms. All washbasins were choked and you cannot use the loo. AC is just for show, we were sweating like hell but they never paid heed towards our complaints. I would never recommend anyone to visit this restaurant with family. It ruined our celebrations, and I think it's a common practice of this restaurant to ruin such celebrations.
