What a horrible delivery service!!!! You people charge us 60 rupees for the diastance of 200 meters. And every time your delivery guys calls us saying “Sir, mere pass ek aur order tha neeche aake leke jao”. I am paying for delivery within 200 meters cause I am busy doing something if I had time to go downstairs then why would order it I’ll simply come there and get my stuff. Bhai neeche aao ek aur order hai And then he cancels my order. Shame on your service. And not to mention dine in is worst experience while eating at Nirala bazar branch.

Absolutely pathetic service from Domino’s. Worst pizza delivery experience ever. The pizza was delivered stone cold, completely tasteless, and poorly prepared. It felt like leftover food, not something freshly made. Delivery was late and handled without any professionalism. This level of quality is unacceptable for a brand like Domino’s. You have completely failed your customers. Shame on you, Domino’s, for ruining your own reputation. Extremely disappointed and will not recommend this outlet to anyone.

I ordered a pizza and my order was 2 hours delayed ...I couldn't even contact the place since all the no.s were unreachable...I contacted via a chat for like 20 mins and even an hour after that I received a call saying my order is cancelled since the oven isn't working...this isn't the first time this has happened but twice...now that's DISAPPOINTING!!!

The washroom is very horrible when informed staff they were least bothered. What surprised me is that when we were angry one of the staff who was making pizza went and cleaned the washroom. I’m really surprised about their food hygiene prop
