visited restaurant for dinner today. ordered chicken kebab,Corn tikki as a starter and veg kolhapuri,Kaju curry,chapaties and Butter naan as a mains. food was average not having any wow experience.. kaju curry was bit expensive than its appearance and taste. The service was fast this time. hope they continue the same and improve food taste.

The bill generated is always wrong. Please cross check the bill it's always charged extra. I don't know why such a big hotel needs to do such a cheap trick.

This place SUCKS in terms of service; i wish it was a one time thing but NOPE! They've been consistent at slaughtering the appetite right at midway of your meal, EVERY SINGLE TIME!! This was my third time of facing the same experience. Upon confronting floor managers, the complain is not received in a manner where they are looking to improve, rather a indifferent attitude. Food is quite average here. Either veg or non veg. The ambience of rooftop is quite beautiful. That's the very reason we were willing to come here despite the experiences, but they've completely ignored on the service part. I won't be visiting anytime soon.

This restaurant doesn’t even value old and regular customers. I was billed incorrectly and this has happened multiple times before. After showing it to the captain, rather than apologizing he said “madam iske pehle aapne 3 baar complaint kiya hai’, naturally my response was “bill correct lagao koi complaint nai karega”. I was so disappointed as I was treated this way. Proverb that fits the captain/manager is “the pot calling the kettle black”. I am not going to visit Atithi anymore and I am going to convey this to my family and friends. Bad experience at night when people wish to relax at some place nice.

I went here with my family it is located on 3rd floor with open roof we ordered chiken manchou soup which was good then ordered matka chicken kabab which also taste good in main course we ordered chicken rara which was ok food is good. Ambience also very good Only thing is service is pathetic ther were i think 6 waiters but nobody had any coordination. Service is worst... Food 3.5/5 Ambience 4/5 Service 1/5 Hygiene 3/5

I being visting this place since ten years hv spend lots of money at this place, was good some times back but now, this place has vry little staff and oders like tk hours to serve and this happens every time and if u go on to complaint these ppl tok vry rudely, and no one is interested in customer care really, waste of money guys cause even taste has changed. 😑

I called for reserving a table and was surprised by the answer that the restaurant will accommodate you if the table is available. Kudos to the person answering the phone🤣🤣 I advise the staff to continue the work in same manner in order to wind up the restaurant at the earliest.

Worst Staff and food at Rooftop Hotel. Earlier it was good hotel but now the service is very bad and the person taking the order didn't care
