Hotel Modak is named Becuase they give complementary modak at the start. Unfortunately I need to ask them for the same. Food quality n taste I did not like. Service wise I won’t give any star because all the time I need to ask them to serve hot food. If food is cold it means it’s not freshly made. Service - 0/5 Food quality - 2/5 Food taste - 2/5 Ambience - 3/5 Value for money - 2/5 Overall rating - 2/5 I won’t visit this place again on my experience

It shows that the restaurant is not currently accepting order online....why this is happening??....since last 15 days....please fix the problem fast..

Bad taste. Poor quality and quantity. Parcel service is very bad. They pack anything in parcel. Very bad experience.
